Footcare Fife - toenail cutting service
Fife Voluntary Action - A toenail cutting service for people who struggle to cut their own nails. Fife Voluntary Action worked closely with NHS Fife and Fife's Health and Social Care Partnership to develop this service. The training the volunteers undertake and the equipment they use is fully endorsed by NHS Fife and the service is professional and fully insured. There is a charge for the service.

Do you have a minor ailment

Pharmacy First Service (Impetigo & UTI in women aged 16-65)
Supply of antibiotics for uncomplicated UTI (urine infection) in women aged 16-65 years of age. Supply of tpoical fusidic acid 2% (prescription cream) for mild impetigo. All community pharmacies in NHS Fife offer this service. Unsuitable patients will be given a referral to their GP by the Pharmacy.
Minor Injuries Unit - 24/7 Walk in Service

Minor injuries can be access 24 / 7 at Victoria Hospital and Queen Margaret Hospital
Treatment for arm wrist and hand injuries. Knee ankle and foot injuries. Back shoulder and rib injuries. Head and neck injuries in people fully conscious. Cuts and wounds which may need dressing or stitches. Minor burns and scalds.
Go directly to Minor Injuries as you will receive the most appropriate care there.
