Welcome To The Practice

Cowdenbeath Medical Practice, which was formed in 1975, covers an area from Halbeath in the west to Lumphinnans in the east. The towns and villages served include Cowdenbeath, Crossgates, Lumphinnans, Kelty and Kingseat.

Opening Hours

Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 6.00pm
Thursday (Evening Surgery) - 6.30pm - 8.30pm

Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm
(Doors open 8.00am - Phone lines open 8.30am)
No Saturday Surgery

Please Note - On a Tuesday the reception desk is closed from 1.30 - 2.15pm for staff training.

During the year we close some afternoons for essential protected learning time. These dates are notified by posters in the surgery. Public holiday closures/arrangements are also notified by posters in the surgery. Surgery times vary according to the doctors' duty rota.
